The Bellator Fighting Championships eight-man lightweight tournament will get on the way on October 19th with Bellator 77. Taking place from The Reading Eagle Theater at The Sovereign Center, the main card of Bellator 77 will feature all four quarterfinal bouts.
MMA veteran Rich “No Love” Clementi returns to the Bellator cage where he will take on undefeated Alexander “Tiger” Sarnavskiy in the main event of the fight card. Clementi (44-21-1) has won three of his past for bouts which include a first round submission of Derek Campos at Bellator 70 in May. Sarnavskiy (20-0) has been primarily competing his home country of Russia. Sarnavskiy has recorded six of his wins by knockout and 11 by submission.
In the other quarterfinal pairings Dave Jansen faces Magomed Saadulaev, Marcin Held meets Murad Machaev, and Ricardo Tirloni battles Rene Nazare.
The main card for Bellator 77 will be televised live on MTV 2 and EPIX HD beginning at 8:00pm ET while the preliminary card will be streamed free on Spike.com.
