Invicta 3 headliner Jessica Penne says atomweights' time has come

Jessica Penne has fought once in the past two years, and when she has fought, it was often against much bigger opponents.

Now, though, she's in her natural weight class and competing for a title that actually will have some international recognition.

The Invicta FC 3 headliner said she has the upstart all-female promotion to thank for both the fight and the commitment to the 105-pound atomweight division.
