The Skoda driver won the opening round of the season, the Janner Rally, in January and lies second in the championship, behind Jari Ketomaa.
But he does not have a full-time programme in place for the remainder of 2013, his participation in Rally Zlin his only other ERC entry for the year.
Although Skoda Motorsport has not confirmed his entry to the event, rally organisers tweeted: “He isn’t registered, but we can count on him.”
The ERC is also likely to feature ex-Formula 1 driver Robert Kubica later in the year, while World Rally Championship event winner Francois Delecour and reigning SWRC champion Craig Breen are also competing.
